The typical "Greek lettered" system is not used and instead each newchapter create its own identity ensuring the legacy is passed down. The Czar Chapter has its own identity at UCF and is known as one of the most diverse chapters with brothers of various cultural backgrounds. Being Role Models to the Community- Community service projects such as Orlando Annual AIDS walk, Relay for Life, Knight-A-Thon allows LSU to be known for the service to the campus community and the community-at-large.Brotherhood- We pride ourselves on having a unique and diverse brotherhood and helping brothers gain a new perspective on college life. Brotherhood does not end upon graduating from college as we have a network of active alumni. and Alumni Chapters. As we approach our ten year aniversary at the University of Central Florida, the Czar Chapter has inducted fourteen empires total with a total of 56 brothers into the chapter.

Lambda Sigma Upsilon has chosen HIV/AIDS research as its national philanthropy. HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus. HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. HIV disease is a serious illness that harms the immune system-the body's ability to fight off infection. AIDS stands for Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome, and is the last stage of the HIV disease.
Our dedication to the community is a goal in which we take very seriously. We believe that giving back to the community not only provides a sense of self- appreciation and self-worth, it also instills leadership, development, and networking opportunities.
